THE COORDINATOR FOR THE WORSHIP SERVICE

  • He must see to it that the program is just exact to the time given.
  • Coordinate with the song leader and emcee
  • Coordinate with the sound system in-charge
  • Orient the emcee and song-leader to wear appropriate dress.
  • Check if there are hymnals, song-sheets, or projector to use.
  • Check if the song leader has coordinated with the pianist concerning the songs to be sang.
  • Select a passage for call to worship that is related to the theme.
  • See to it that the special numbers are not too many before the preaching.
  • Coordinate with the churches or individuals who will render a special number.
  • Check and review the list of special numbers, if different churches are given opportunities.
  • Request someone to introduce the speaker who knows well about the speaker.
  • Never assign someone to a bigger task if you have not known or proven him in little task.
  • Camp worship leader should coordinate with the time keeper as to what time the service will start so that the time keeper will be able to remind the campers.
  • Campers should be reminded of the time of the worship service.
  • Never make an instant assignment to a person whom you have not proven his capacity.
  • Invitation should be well coordinated with the pianist, speaker, and singers if the one who will give the invitation is different from the speaker.

THE REGISTRATION STAFF

  • THE CASHIER – The Cashier will receive and records payments.
  • THE WORKSHOP ADVISER AND STAFF – He is to advise the campers of the workshop they are to take. Limit the students to each workshop. See to it that the teachers of the workshop will have students to attend.
